Technical boundaries designed to prevent scanner misuse and protect websites and people.
This is a technically complete surface for approved content, but the current text is an operational draft, not legal advice. Do not use it for public paid sales until entity details are completed and formally approved.

Permitted use
- You must own the target website or have explicit authority to scan it. You are responsible for the scan scope and URLs you submit.
- Use reasonable scan rates and scopes within published plan and safety limits.
- Respect intellectual property, privacy and target-site terms.

Prohibited use
- Scanning systems you do not own or have authority to test.
- Unauthorised access, authentication bypass, exploitation or service disruption.
- Submitting purchases, uploading files or executing transactions on a target.
- Entering secrets or highly sensitive data, or using the service for unlawful surveillance.

Response
Scanning may be limited or stopped to protect the platform or target. The owner must approve notice and appeal procedures before production.
